When I was first introduced to Lean, I had no idea what it was all about or how this was going to work. Words such as Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, the 5S’s and Bowlers were starting to give me heart palpitations every time I heard it.

Kudos to FieldCore’s field services team at PP9 combined cycle power plant in Saudi Arabia for initiating (and conscientiously supporting) an initiative to help reduce unexpected environmental impact which is an indirect result of COVID-19.
FieldCore recently implemented a new time management tool called Leader Standard Work. Leader Standard Work is the repetitive pattern of activities that represents the least wasteful methods of planning and controlling normal business processes. This helps employees by providing an overview of where they are spending their time and a way to hold themselves accountable to ensure that they’re able to meet their goals and objectives.
People are the heart of FieldCore and their continued development continues to be a strong focus...
At FieldCore, we believe that our company is unquestionably stronger because of the experience, perspective, talent and abilities that women bring to the workplace. That’s why as a company we’ve made great strides over the past years in building a culture of support and allyship for women to break biases, balance work and family, and grow in their careers. Here we share the experiences of a few of our colleagues.
