At FieldCore we strive to encourage and support the popularization of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) subjects among young people and those from diverse backgrounds. For several years we have been partnering with the CodeCraft Works, a digital education company, to organize the Virtual Coding Summer Camps for FieldCore kids and teens.

CRAFT TRAINING – INVESTING IN OUR PEOPLE
The Craft Future Supervisors Training held in FieldCore’s Middle East and Africa (MEA) region gave real meaning to FieldCore’s blueprint output of “empowering the people who power the world”. The week-long training was held recently in Dubai for 13 Lead Turbine Mechanics – selected out of 250 candidates based on performance and past experience.
