Mara’s motto is: family first! She is a proud mum of a 10-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl who are her number one priority. a range of initiatives in FieldCore designed to facilitate the integration of work and life balance, like flexible work hours, Mara can continue her development and be successful in her job while enjoying life with her family without missing any important moments with her kids. Mara is an electrical engineer with a Ph.D. in electrothermics. She joined FieldCore in January 2019 as FieldCore’s Service Director for Sub-Region South after having worked at GE for 14 years. As a service director, Mara is responsible for driving operational excellence and rigor on Fulfilment 5 goals of EHS, Quality, On-time Delivery, Competitiveness and Customer Experience. Leading a team of service managers, she ensures that their performance meets business objectives while partnering with many different stakeholders. “Within my 14 years in GE and FieldCore I have learned so much.
